3. Processing of Personal Data When Visiting the Website
When you access our website, certain data is automatically processed and transmitted by your browser, including:

You have the option to apply for job openings via our website. In this process, the following personal data is particularly processed:

The transmission is carried out by email to us or via a recruitment tool provided by an external service provider with whom we have concluded a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
The legal basis for processing is Section 26 BDSG (initiation of an employment relationship). If storage beyond the application process takes place (e.g., for an applicant pool), this will only occur on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).
Your application documents will be deleted no later than six months after the conclusion of the recruitment process, unless statutory retention obligations or your consent to longer storage apply.
6. Disclosure of Data
Your personal data will only be transferred to third parties if this is legally permitted or if you have given your consent. Data will not be transferred to third countries (outside the EU/EEA).
